Adam Hollingsworth is the founder of Talk with Adam LLC, a chief of staff and communications consultancy designed to provide strategic insights, create management capacity and drive superior performance for organizations of all sizes. Adam is a driven and inspiring leader and communicator. He specializes in creating high accountability, results-focused cultures, developing leaders and converting data and ambiguity into actionable insights.
He was the longest-serving chief of staff to Florida Governor Rick Scott, overseeing a work force of more than 100,000 and a budget of $77 billion. In that role, Adam was responsible for the day-to-day functioning of state government, as well as advancing Governor Scott’s policy agenda.
Prior to his service to Governor Scott, Adam served as chief of staff to Jacksonville, Fla. , Mayor John Peyton and, in his younger years, on Capitol Hill as an aide to two former members of the U.S. Congress.
Adam also spent nearly 10 years in the private sector, first as the vice president of corporate communications and public affairs for CSX Corporation and later as CEO of Parallel Infrastructure LLC.
